How I can help
Getting honest about where you actually are.
Every engagement starts in the same place. Getting honest about where you actually are, not where you think you should be. From there, the work moves through three stages.
Two ways to work together
01
Getting Unstuck
Three sessions
For the decision in front of you right now. We name what’s really at stake, get specific about your options, and you leave with a next step you can actually take. Right for a single, pressing decision: the partnership question, the next role, the restructure you’re trying to read.
02
Unstuck to Underway
Six sessions
We move through the same three sessions as Getting Unstuck, then keep going, turning clarity into a real plan you’re actively building. Whether that’s growing your practice, stepping into a new role with intent, or backing yourself to chase what you’ve been circling.
Not sure which one fits?
That’s exactly what the first conversation is for.
The three stages
Every engagement moves through the same three things.
01
Possibility.
Before we talk about moves, we get clear on the full picture. The outside view is mine, decades of watching how partnership tracks, restructures, next-role decisions, and business growth actually play out. The honest one is yours. Together, we name what’s really on the table, not just what’s easiest to say out loud.
02
Pragmatism.
Possibility without action is just talk. We get specific. The trade-offs, the real options, the decision you can actually live with, and commit to, not just admire. Sometimes that’s your next role. Sometimes it’s a concrete move to grow the business or practice in front of you. Every session ends with a next step. Not a framework. A thing you’ll do.
03
Partnership.
It’s easy to feel clear in the room and fuzzy by Friday. I stay in it with you between sessions, not as pressure, but as partnership, so momentum doesn’t dissolve back into busy.
Growing what you’re building
Many clients start stuck on one decision and leave with something bigger. A career spent leading business development at senior levels means that’s not an add-on to the coaching. It’s part of it. Where it’s useful, we’ll get specific about the angle you haven’t considered yet, and you’ll leave with something concrete to act on.
Format
One-to-one, in person or online, whichever suits you. As a single strategic session to move on one decision, or as an ongoing engagement through a longer transition. The right shape depends on the size of the decision in front of you. We’ll work that out in the first conversation.
If some part of you already knows it’s time, that’s enough to start.
I read and reply to every enquiry personally, usually within 1 business day.
