About me

I’ve sat where you’re sitting.

Lawyer, then senior business development leader, now coach. Same conversations, a different seat. And through all of it, mum to three wonderful children who keep me grounded.

I spent over twenty-five years inside top-tier law firms and financial services businesses across Italy, Australia and Asia. First as an international banking and finance lawyer, then leading business development at senior levels, much of it spent helping senior professionals build and grow their own practices.

I know what it means to carry real responsibility. To be the person everyone else brings their problems to. And how rarely the person everyone relies on gets asked what they actually need.

Where I come from

That’s the world I coach in. Partnership decisions, restructures, a return after time away, the next-role-or-not moment. You won’t need to translate the politics, the pressure, or the stakes for me. That world is familiar to me, even if your path through it is your own.

Who I work with

Most clients I work with fit a familiar shape: senior professionals in law, finance, or professional services, at a genuine turning point. A partnership decision. A restructure. A return from leave. A next role they’re not sure they want.

But this isn’t only for people navigating their career. I also work with people at other genuine turning points, a life change that’s reopened the question of what’s next. What matters isn’t your title. It’s that you’ve recognised you’re stuck, and you’re ready to work with someone to move.

Where it can go further

That business development experience isn’t background colour. It’s core to how I coach. If part of your inflection point is about growing what you’re building, your practice, your business, your book, your next chapter, that’s ground I know intimately.

I’ll push you toward angles you might not have considered yet. And we won’t stop at the idea. You’ll leave with a real, tangible next step to build on.

How I work

I trained formally in ontological coaching through the Newfield Institute, ICF-accredited, because technique alone wasn’t enough. I wanted a way of working that holds the strategic and the human together, language, body, and emotion, not as separate conversations but as one.

My work sits deliberately between warmth and rigour.

Safe enough to think honestly in. Sharp enough that you leave with something real.

It’s not just your career on the table here. It’s your next step, and what actually matters to you. Those aren’t two separate topics. They’re one conversation.

Clarity without action is just a better dressed version of stuck. So every conversation with me ends the same way, with a next step that’s actually yours to take.

I read and reply to every enquiry personally, usually within 1 business day.
